Day Shift (6:00a - 1:00p)

The Gilbert Residence provides basic nursing care to 32 residents. Supportive Living, Assisted Living and Specialized Dementia care to 58 residents. We are a 5 Star facility rated by CMS and have a long tradition of excellence by providing compassionate and dignified care.

The Bistro Aide provides service to customers by selling food and beverages in our on sight Bistro. He or she will count cash, balance the cash register and stock and maintain a clean bistro on a daily basis.

The Gilbert Residence is a smoke free campus. Smoking or the use of tobacco products is prohibited in or on all Gilbert Residence buildings, grounds, parking lots, vehicles, or sidewalks adjacent to the property. Drug & tobacco screening, in addition to a physical will be required upon hire.

DUTIES

• Count cash drawer at open and close
• Manage and run the cash register
• Assist with the preparation of food for the bistro
• Stock food and beverages
• Clean the bistro daily

QUALIFICATIONS

• High school graduate
• One year of experience in retail and/or food service (preferred)
• Positive attitude
• Excellent customer service skills
• Good Communication skills, both written and verbal
• Must have weekend and holiday availability
• Must be reliable & trustworthy
• 10-15 hours per week
• Must be a non smoker
